Humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement. Provides relief to victims of disaster and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. More Info: Website The Director of Psychological Health is a civilian position with the Army National Guard. Each state has a DPH to ensure that Servicemembers have access to mental health services, either through direct service to the individual or through referral networks. It forms collaborations of appropriate agencies, communities and professionals with the goal of creating "wrap-around" social networks and support for Servicemembers in their own communities. ESGR provides free education, consultation and if necessary, mediation for Guard and Reserve members and their employers if they have questions or problems. Minnesota Individual Reintegration Training One-day reintegration training event for individual Servicemembers released from active duty. The program mirrors the 30-day reintegration training. Transition Assistance Advisors Provide information and assistance to Servicemembers and their families in understanding and obtaining benefits and services through Veterans Affairs and the military health system.
