Duluth

Since being proclaimed Yellow Ribbon on Sep. 22, 2010, Duluth's goal has been to coordinate and connect neighbor with neighbor and empower the community to recognize and address the needs of military members and their families. Working with the faith and business communities, they have been helping Servicemembers and their families receive the one-on-one support they need.
